The Line That Does Not End
May 8, 2026 · 3 min read
The horizontal stroke in the monogram runs past the letters. That was the whole brief.
When we drew the mark, the N and the W came quickly. The line took months.
It had to leave the letterforms. A line that stops inside the monogram closes the story; a line that runs past it says the opposite.
The small weight at the end is not a period. It is a point of momentum — where the pen is, right now, still moving.
Every piece we make carries it somewhere. Usually where only the wearer will find it.
Still here. More to write.
