The Courage to Begin Again

Starting over is rarely loud. It usually looks like one quiet decision made on an ordinary Tuesday.

There is a version of reinvention that gets photographed — the dramatic exit, the clean break, the announcement. And then there is the real one, which almost nobody sees.

The real one happens on a Tuesday. It looks like waking up an hour earlier. It looks like unsubscribing from a life that stopped fitting. It looks like saying the sentence out loud for the first time and hearing how strange it sounds in your own voice.

The N in our mark stands for that moment. Not the finished thing. The beginning of it — the part where you have no evidence yet, only intent.

What we have learned is that beginning again is not a single act. It is a practice. You do it, then you wake up and do it again, and one day the new thing is no longer new. It is simply what you are.
