    Products and pricing

    We aim to describe every piece accurately, including materials, measurements and stock. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice before an order is placed.

    Orders

    An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — including for stock, pricing or suspected fraud — and will refund in full where payment was taken.

    Limited releases

    Numbered pieces are produced in fixed quantity. Once a release closes it will not be reproduced in the same form.

    Intellectual property

    The Newly Written name, monogram, photography and written work are owned by Newly Written and may not be reproduced without written permission.

    Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order.
